Returns

I really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any products being faulty or incorrect, please email me at: info@thestarsandgrey.co.uk with a photograph of the problem and let me know if you would like to be refunded or sent a replacement (free of charge).

If you have changed your mind then no problem, just please return the product, unworn and in it's original packaging to:

The Stars and Grey, Rectory Barn, Berriew, Powys, SY21 8AN.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility. Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing then you will be required to cover the costs of the product.

Please note I cannot be held accountable for clothes have been washed incorrectly. I always advise washing at a maximum of 30 degrees with no conditioner in the detergent, and drying naturally and not in a tumble drier.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, just contact me and I can arrange this for you. You will be responsible for returning to product to me, but I will send out the exchanged product free of charge.
